Terms of Auction

Real Estate Taxes: Annual taxes $2,046.00. Seller will pay all taxes due and delinquent October 1, 2011, April 1, 2012 and October 1, 2012. Any special assessments constituting a lien will be paid by seller at closing.

Closing $ Possession: Closing will be held on or before March 1, 2012 at Central States Agency, LLC, Bancroft.

Terms: 10% down payment on auction date. Buyer will sign a purchase contract on auction date. Final sale is subject to approval of seller and seller shall have the right to reject any and all bids.
